In Transition

To put it simply, Transition is the state of change, the movement from one thing to another. There are many examples of this, it could be the transition from childhood to adulthood, the change of the season from summer to winter, or even something more emotion like life and death. its something fun to play around with and the ideas that come from the word are limitless.
